Terms and Conditions:

• Valid till 31 May 2026.
• Reservation is required and subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made within the voucher’s validity period (30 days from the date of purchase).
• After purchasing on UPlay, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the UPlay Invoice ID and the merchant’s contact details to arrange the reservation in advance.
• Rescheduling is allowed within 30 days from the initial booking, subject to availability.
• Public holiday pricing may apply on weekends (except during festive seasons).
• Upon arrival, please present your UPlay confirmation email for verification.
• This promotion is not valid on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Chinese New Year Eve.
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the booking has been confirmed.
• Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
• These terms are subject to any additional conditions imposed by Sun’s Café, Hotel Grand Pacific.
• All prices are inclusive of GST and service charges.
